Custom residences

Central Florida

Principles

Built differently.

  1. 01
White rendered residence with deep shadow lines and a single olive tree

    Architectural intent

We begin with architecture, not square footage. Every residence is shaped around the land, the light, and the way its owners intend to live.

  2. 02
Dining room with board-formed concrete wall and walnut joinery

    Material honesty

Stone that reads as stone. Timber that will silver with time. We choose materials for how they age, not how they photograph on day one.

  3. 03
Charred-timber and pale-brick residence with a courtyard entry

    Built for generations

A residence should be handed down, not traded up. We build to a standard that will still feel deliberate decades from now.

Not a model.
Not a template.
A residence of your own.

We don't
build
houses.

We build
legacies.

A home of consequence does not begin with a floor plan. It begins with a point of view.

The brief

Set on a low rise above the Butler Chain, the estate is organised as three limestone pavilions around a single, still lap pool. Nothing in it is decorative. Everything in it is deliberate.

The difference is in what most people never notice.

From land
to legacy.

    Discover

Site, lifestyle, goals and architectural direction.

  2. 02
Double-height window washing a quiet interior with light

    Design

Collaboration between architect, builder, interior designer and homeowner.

  3. 03
Oak slats and stone detail in construction

    Craft

Material selection, execution and relentless attention to detail.

  4. 04
Living room open to the garden beneath a timber ceiling

    Live

The residence is complete, but our relationship with the home continues.

25 years from now,it should stillfeel right.

That is the standard.
